We are delighted to announce that Compact & Bale has successfully renewed its partnership with iForce Ltd for another five-year term. This continued collaboration extends our longstanding relationship to over 13 years, highlighting our commitment to delivering exceptional waste management solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
iForce, a trusted logistics provider for some of the UK’s most recognised brands, has been at the forefront of multi-channel retail logistics for over 20 years. Their impressive portfolio includes major names such as Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Screwfix, John Lewis, Tesco, Cath Kidston, Fortnum & Mason, and Dunelm.
As part of the renewed agreement, Compact & Bale will be supplying and replacing key waste management equipment for dry mixed recyclables, including:
1 x Horizontal Semi-Automatic Baler
1 x Vertical Baler
1 x Static Compactor
Both the horizontal baler and static waste compactor will be equipped with static bin lifters designed for 1100 litre wheelie bins. These new machines will replace the existing 650kg horizontal dock-fed baler and dock-fed static compactor. Due to the increasing demands of iForce’s growing client base, these upgrades will enhance operational efficiency and capacity at their site.
The distribution centre generates substantial volumes of cardboard, LDPE films, and PP strapping, which can be sorted as waste into the vertical baling press, static compactor, or horizontal baler machine. Compact & Bale purchases and exports this waste on iForce’s behalf. Additionally, the dry mixed recyclables collected on-site are processed through a local manual recovery facility (MRF) and redirected into the circular economy wherever possible.
